Zach with Zona Restoration has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. My family is going through an exceptionally difficult season, and throughout this process Zach has shown a level of professionalism, patience, compassion, and understanding that I genuinely appreciate. My wife recently received her second double-lung transplant, and we have spent the majority of this year in and out of the hospital. Because of her medical situation, addressing water intrusion and any potential environmental concerns in our home is extremely important to us. Zach took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what he was doing, why testing was necessary, what the next steps would be, and what we could expect once the results came back. He never made me feel rushed or as though my questions were an inconvenience. What stood out most was how respectful and understanding Zach was of our circumstances. There have been times when hospital procedures and doctors’ schedules affected my availability, and he handled everything with patience and professionalism. He also understood why I wanted to be involved and informed throughout the process and made it clear that photos and documentation could be provided along the way. In a situation that has already been stressful and complicated for our family, having someone communicate clearly, treat our concerns seriously, and simply be kind has made a tremendous difference. I also spoke with his supervisor, Jesse, and specifically requested that Zach return for the remaining work. That is probably the strongest compliment I can give: I trust Zach and feel completely comfortable having him back in our home. Zona Restoration has been great to work with. From my first call at 10 this morning, to follow up this afternoon, they have communicated what would be done to take care of our water damage. Our technician, Zach, was quick and thourgh in cleaning up the water damaged material, and communicating what be happening tomorrow.
