This is my second time using Zona Restoration for in-home air sampling; I couldn’t be more pleased with their service, pricing, and especially their extremely prompt delivery of results. Shane is professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, as well as phenomenal positive representation of the company as a whole. It’s abundantly clear that Zona places significant value on client satisfaction and efficient, ‘customer-first,’ services. Again, emphatically, you will not find another company that can beat their service, knowledge, or professionalism, across the board. These guys set the standard. Chris has now tested two of my homes, and he, additionally, is a total pleasure to deal with, and is another great representative of the company and its values. I can’t say enough good things about Zach with Zona Restoration. We had a flood upstairs on a Saturday evening that affected multiple spaces in our home, and Zach was incredibly responsive from our very first phone conversation. He arrived in the evening and was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Despite it being after hours, he took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain what needed to be done. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that he was in a hurry to leave. He was patient, reassuring, and made sure I understood what to expect. By the time he left, I felt confident that everything was being properly assessed and that I understood the potential issues and next steps. I’ve also used Zona Restoration in the past, and every person I’ve worked with has been responsive, professional, and on top of things while on the job site. They’ve always been respectful of our home and worked efficiently without creating unnecessary mess. Having an emergency like this happen is stressful, especially on a Saturday night, but Zach made the process feel much more manageable. I would absolutely recommend Zach and Zona Restoration to anyone who needs emergency restoration services!

Had water damage due to facet running over. Had the bathroom and garage ceiling dried out, drywall fixed, baseboard and then painted. Nate did an excellent job and everything looks perfect. Would highly recommend for any job!!!

Fast, very clear on the work that needed to be done and what he was doing. Stayed late and was very professional.
